30-day money-back promise

If Singsteady isn't for you, email hello@escapeplan.software within 30 days of any payment, including a yearly or monthly renewal, and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions, no forms. Refunds go back to the card you used, usually within 3 to 7 working days.

Free trial

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you're never charged. If you forget and the first yearly payment goes through, the 30-day promise covers it.

Gifts

Unused gift codes are refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. Once a code is redeemed, the promise applies for 30 days from redemption.

Asking Link instead

Link, our merchant of record, can also refund under its own policy, and gives UK consumers a 14-day cooling-off period.
